    The 3 pillars of training

    The training is divided into 3 areas: the Workshops<\/strong> in which the group will look back at how it operates in order to gain a deeper understanding of the group.
    \nIt also includes practical exercises to validate what has been learnt via theEscape Game<\/strong>.
    \nAnd finally, a part coaching<\/strong> during which the coach will give feedback on the practical part, and provide the team with tools to learn to interact together and listen to each other better in order to achieve better collective results.<\/p>\n

    The training will start even before you arrive at our venue, with upstream preparation to get you started on the work you'll be doing on site with your team and our experts.
