RULES OF THE PRIZE DRAW COMPETITION
\n\"Play with VOICI to win \u20ac150 at The Escape LAB\".<\/p>\n

Article 1 - Definition and conditions of the competition
\nThe company THE ESCAPE LAB SAS with a capital of 5000 Euros is registered in the Trade and Companies Register of PARIS under the number B 829 233 592 and has its registered office at 21 rue du Sentier 75002 PARIS, is organising a competition as part of a marketing operation to promote the website WWW.ESCAPELAB.FR to readers of the magazine VOICI.<\/p>\n

- THE ESCAPE LAB SAS is hereinafter also referred to as: \"the Organiser, the
\nOrganising Company, the Organisers, the Professional\".
\n- The \"Participant\" in the competition is also referred to hereinafter as \"the Participant, the User\",
\nthe Contributor, the Player\".
\n- The \"Winner\" of the prize draw is also referred to hereinafter as \"the Winner\".<\/p>\n

Article 2 - Conditions of participation
\nThis game is open to all natural persons over the age of 18 residing in mainland France who have a valid internet connection.
\nconnection to the Internet, after acceptance of the conditions of participation in accordance with the French Data Protection Act.
\nOnly one entry per person is accepted for the duration of the competition.
\nMembers of THE ESCAPE LAB SAS staff, partners and members of their families are excluded from taking part in the competition.<\/p>\n

Article 4 - Terms and conditions of participation
\n4.1) Conditions for submitting applications
\nIn order for the entry to be validated by the Organiser, there are two steps that must be completed on

\nb) Register for the game by entering an e-mail address and completing the form.
\n4.2) Guarantees and liability regarding the validity of applications
\nTHE ESCAPE LAB SAS reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this operation if
\nit does not take place as agreed: any virus, bug, violation, unauthorised intervention, fraud, action
\na competitor, technical problem or other cause beyond the control of THE ESCAPE LAB SAS
\nalters or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or conduct of THE ECAPE LAB SAS.
\nIn general, Participants indemnify the Organisers of this competition against all claims,
\nactions or claims that any third party may bring on any grounds whatsoever, in respect of any
\nguarantees and commitments.
\nAny incomplete or erroneous entries will be rejected, without the Organiser being able to accept any liability.
\nbe held liable. Any misrepresentation by a participant will result in his\/her exclusion from the competition without any liability.

\nThus, the Organising Company reserves the unreserved right to moderate after the event and not to

4.3) Draw procedures

Article 5 - Prizes\/batches
\n5.1) Commercial value of the prizes :
\nThe prize is offered by THE ESCAPE LAB SAS and is therefore a \"prize\".
\nThe prize is a voucher worth \u20ac150 that can be used in one go to book online for one of the activities offered on escapelab.fr.
\nThe prizes offered may not be contested in any way as to their nature, nor may any consideration be given for them.

\nThe participant drawn at random will be designated the winner by the competition organisers.
\nTHE ESCAPE LAB SAS reserves the right to change the prizes without prior notice. If such

\n5.2) Methods of recovery and use
\nAs provided for in Article 6, the Winner must contact the relevant Professional directly

Article 6 - How prizes are awarded
\nOnly one prize per person.
\nThe Winner will then be asked to provide his\/her precise contact details: surname, first name, date of birth and address,
\ncity, postcode, country, telephone number, email address by email to: contact@escapelab.fr
\nIf the information provided by the participant is incomplete and\/or does not make it possible to
\nto inform them of their win, they will lose the status of Winner and will not be able to make any claim.
\nThe Organiser cannot be held responsible in the event of technical failures with regard to this
\nelectronic prize notification. If the Winner does not provide this information within 8
\ndays, he will lose his status as Winner.
\nThe official and personalised notifications of the award of the prizes to the Winner with the description and
\nthe withdrawal terms and conditions will be sent to them by return e-mail to the e-mail address they have given,
\nincluding a copy of the message to the email inbox of the Professionals concerned.<\/p>\n

Article 7 - Personal data
\nBy participating, Players authorise the Organisers in advance to use
\nfreely for advertising or promotional purposes in any medium whatsoever, any information
\non their behalf and on all media.
\nThe personal data collected about you is compulsory and necessary for the
\nprocessing your participation in the game. They are intended for the Organisers, or for subcontractors
\nand\/or service providers for management purposes.
\nIn accordance with current regulations, the information collected is intended exclusively for
\nto the Organisers and will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way whatsoever.
\nThe information communicated by the participant is intended for the use of THE ESCAPE LAB SAS within the framework of the access to its service in accordance with the general conditions of sale and within the framework of the management of this game.<\/p>\n

Article 8 - Responsibilities and rights
\nThe Organisers :
\n- Reserve the right to modify, extend, shorten, limit prizes or cancel this game in the event of
\nforce majeure as defined by case law. Consequently, their liability shall not be
\ncommitted as a result.
\n- The following may not be held liable for fraudulent use of connection or allocation rights
\nof a Participant's prize.
\n- We accept no responsibility for any malfunction of the Internet or telephone lines,
\nreception equipment preventing the game from running smoothly. In addition, they may not be held liable
\nUnder no circumstances will liability be accepted for problems of delivery or loss of electronic or postal mail.
\n- shall not be held liable for any technical failure, anomaly, hardware or software of
\nany kind (virus, bug...) caused to the Participant's system, to their equipment
\nthe data stored on it and the consequences this may have on their activity
\npersonal, professional or commercial.
\nArticle 9 - Conditions of exclusion
\nParticipation in these games implies full and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this document.

Article 10 - Submission of the rules

Article 11 - Jurisdiction
\nThese rules are governed by French law.
\nThe parties shall endeavour to resolve amicably any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of the

\nThe Participant acknowledges that he\/she has read these rules, accepts them unreservedly and agrees to
